About The Premises

In 2012, the Huay Kuan was given the option of former Chai Chee Secondary School located along Upper East Coast Road to set up the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan Cultural Academy. The property now houses the offices of the Huay Kuan Secretariat, the Cultural Academy, the Arts & Cultural Troupe (Sennett Campus), a kindergarten, a student care centre and the Singapore Chinese Dance Theatre.
