Cultural Academy


Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan Cultural Academy is established by the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan. It is founded based on 170 years of excellent foundation in education, especially in the preservation and promotion of Chinese Language and culture. Supported by the Singapore Government, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong first announced the plans at the 2012 National Day Rally.   As Singapore’s first Chinese Cultural Academy, it will focus on promoting Chinese Language and proactively grow and preserve the traditional arts.

The Academy offers Chinese language, cultural and humanities programmes for toddlers, pre-schoolers, children, youths and adults.
